Unsatisfied by your customer treatment

Why Telkom you doing this on me, by July2018 I was changing banking details and I notified you guys on 28July I called you and you gave me an reference to make payment @bank and you didn't tell me anything about charges of rejection on your side now you charge me R580 for that while I pay you as I was doing direct payment @Bank. This is unfair because I tried by all means to cover that within that 24hours now you abuse me. Coming to the June case you didn't refund that R580, you keeps on abusing me, this is not good customer service at all, your things are not being explained come the day it happens it's where you tell your story that's wrong.
