The telkom service is shocking and disappointing, I regret having to change from MTN. I call the contact centre in August to change banking details and was told that it will start in October. October, the wrong account was debited and i paid an amount of R570 buy EFT and further contacted the call centre. J was not told to pay the additional amount of R3 to be current and now every week you are debiting me an amount of R662 and I signed a contract to be debited on the 05th of the month. Further you charge me a declined debit plus my bank.
