e15 error on dongle

I,m getting e14 error when trying to connect with my dongle with my Itegrated sim.When putting the sim in my tablet it's working fine.

We're customers in the forum ( no Telkom support agents here  ) , but will try to help -   what device are you trying to connect with the dongle , ( please confirm error E15 - you also mentioned E14 in your post ) .

Hi,I'm trying to connect to a desktop,worked prfectly for almost 1year now.Tried on a different desktop that also worked previously.Still the same. When taking the sim to a Tablet it workes perfectly.Checked the settings on the dongle and even used another dongle. Both dongles is old 8ta dongles. Only getting e15 error.

You're welcome - perhaps driver updates needed . Sorry not much help as I don't use windows now,  but I recall my Huawei dongle worked on win7 but not win10 -  try a Google search for fixes on the dongle model number ( should be on the back)

Then if no joy maybe call in at a Telkom store with the dongle & sim - hopefully consultants will help .
