137CRK200816 fault in Progress.

No end in sight in resolving this. Report done 20August now 02September. Please help!

Hi @guidenyoni, our technical guys inform me that your fault is assigned to a technician, they are just bogged down under a huge workload which is causing delays.

My line has been faulty for about 3 Months.

Meantime Telkom smiles all the way to the bank.

I lived in Pakistan and Telephone service was normally repaired in one day!! But of course that is a more advanced country
