Cancelled But No Further Response

On 13 March I cancelled our Telkom DSL account, recd a confirmation and ref email from Telkom, also advising that somebody would contact us and yet as of today I have STILL not heard back from anybody. I have used FB, emails, 10210 and My Telkom and still nothing. I am begiing to wonder if there is anybody working at Telkom! 


Does anybody have a solution, becasue I am not paying Telkom a single cent after 13 April. Thank goodness we dont have a debit order.
