Whenever I try to chat via the Telkom chat i get disconnected before completing the chat.
I tried to get information about cancelling a service. The agent was quite helpful, but after sending the details of my cancellation request, my chat was terminated
I tried again later. Got hold of another agent, but as I started to chat, the application terminated and I was returned to the Telkom marketing page.

I applied for a Smart Boardband Wireless 20gd deal - I only received the sim card on the 4 Dec 2018 - I am still waiting for the wireless roter?
I am paying for the wireless deal ??? I feel like cancelling all by contacts with Telkom - my nexT step is reporting Telkom to Hello Peter or the Ombudsman.
