New client - reference number Your ticket number: # 270616-164931

Two weeks i was so excited as i ordered a new telkom wifi adsl - all the right noises were made

And i am still waiting - two weeks later - after being told it would be installed in 5-7 working days

Email have been sent with no response except wanting my mobile number and ID and nothing further

Visit to Telkom in my home town - nobody can help - call Telkom - then you wait on the line for hours

Telkom - here i was thinking you have improved and want to do business

So can you please come and install my wifi at my home as promised please

Good luck with that Pal, even a simple billing dispute can take over a week, probably because a lack of training in the call centre has agents submitting issues incorrectly. Your new order was probably logged as a cancellation...
