Problem with service in your area

Hi Telkom

I received a message about you identified a network outage in my area.  Appreciate that you are being pro-active but it would be nice if you could name the area.  I have multiple Telkom accounts in different areas in the country and as such I have no clue as to where the network outage was indentified.
