Is there any way I can get a copy of my proof of purchase for my upgrade that I did online?
All the call centres are giving me the run around now for two weeks.
I apparently need that document to send my phone in for a screen repair even though I was never informed of this when I got my upgrade.

im having the same problem, the call centre and Telkom branches are giving me the run around and dont seem to know what to do
the branches and samsung say they need the proof of purchase to book it in and i should phone the call centre as they are part of the online orders
i call them and they say the branch should be able to pick it up as they are also telkom??????
