Telkom 10210 IVR too confusing!

Yesterday I tried calling 10210 to report an Internet problem with my LTE.

 

The IVR says press 2 for Broadband problems and 3 for Internet problems!

WTF is that supposed to mean as Broadband is the Internet.

 

To save other phoners you press 3 if you need to change your email password.

 

For LTE we had to press 2. Once pressing 2 we heard options for ADSL, Fibre & LTE etc.

 

Telkom needs to change 3 to include email problems!
