It has been four months and im being sent from 180 (pillar) to 10213 (post0 to get my 100GB promotional "online only deals" data for 12 months.
Please tell me the proper number to call as i have reference numbers for online case logs.
The telephone people say, no case number for online deals...
They always tell me they sending an email to online sales...
I have no idea what to do regarding getting what was advertised.
