its been 3 months now and my LTE speed has not passed 2mbps. The installation of the antenna never took place. Please can my contract be cancelled and i be partly refunded as Telkom has not kept to thier promise but has diligently debted my account for the full amount.

Hi @Asokan, sorry to hear that you are still having problems. Unfortunately the process regarding the antenna has changed. According to the new process, if you are not satisfied with the performance of your service you can do the following -
Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org

So progress is zero thus far...technician was out to see me and then died there. This was two weeks ago. He said he would escalate the case. I know am seriously considering terminating my contract stating breach of service by Telkom. Any help would be appreciated in getting this done.
