Activation of new Contract LTE Router Sim

I need help on who to talk to regarding activating the above. I received the package on the 16th of April 2020 during lovkdown, but now when i call the agents, im not getting any help. They all say they are trasferring my call to contacts department but, it seems like there in nobody on Contracts Activation side. Please help.

My router was delivered on the 8 May 2020 by sell direct and the consultant called and said my sim is been activated it would start working in 48 hours. The router still shows no service. How do I cancel it, which number to call.
