Registered a Call for the antenna to be installed on 20-06-2016 08:28
I have phoned the Telkom Service desk this morning regarding an update and as per the consultant
The case is not been assigned to anyone , and still shows as new on the system .
I spoke to another consultant on monday who said someone will come assist on friday 05/08/2016 (Today)
I have still not received any confirmation on this .
How long can it take for somone to just assist . ? It's been 7 weeks already ?
