Balance enquiry unavailable - LTE data contract

March 2018 to present, I am unable to obtain the balance of my LTE contract.

 

Of the three ways Telkom provides for subscribers to check data balances, I am unable to place an enquiry with any of them. USSD only works with 2G, onnet.telkom.co.za says "We are unable to retrieve your bundle balances at this time" since March 2018 when connected to 4G (1800 and 2300, and the Telkom profile page loads fully while those Javascript circular rotators keep rolling indefinitely.

 

Besides these options, are there any other way to check balances? SMS?

 

Anyone else experiencing similarly?
