Being robbed for our data by Telkom

For the past few days ive been using the *123# option and purchasing 3 gigs data to stream on Showmax and everytime i do this during the evening the network drops,last night was no different so i put my phone aside and went to bed at around 8pm without even using a single mb of data,woke up this morning,decided to complete watching whatever i was watching on showmax from the previous morning and then get a sms from Telkom saying that i only have 377mb of all network campaign data left,are we all just wasting our time with this network,
