Cancel recurring data bundle

Good day, I accidentally chose recurring data bundle when I was buying data. I want to cancel it but the call centre staff are not picking up for the past few days. I went to the telkom store and they said that I have to call the call center. What can I do?

I think there must be some self-service options too. Try Manage subsriptions possibly Existing Service Packages

I have been trying to chat with agents, nothing. Telkom customer service is useless

What about selfservice on the My Telkom menu button, top right on the telkom web pages or perhaps via the web
