I requested my line to be cancelled (via email) in February 2016 and still today it has not.
Worse, i have been handed over to lawyers. I cannot settle an account that does not reflect the true amount owing.
I personally went into the Telkom store last week and lodged a complaint.
I was told to expect a call as the matter was escalated to accounts department.
The lawyers too don't have a clue.
Please contact me . I need to conclude this matter.
I've exhausted all measures.
