Our complex has gone to fibre internet, with much greater bandwidth and speed. And now we are trying to cancel our LTE internet contract, WITHOUT cancelling our home telephone (a Fixed-Line Look-Alike - FLLA). However, since the FLLA was the first Telkom line we had, this is the account number presented to me on the Telkom web site when I try to cancel out. Despite being able to see our LTE for everything except cancellation, we cannot cancel from the web site. We went to a Telkom shop, who got us to log in repeatedly, and STILL could not cancel the contract. Any ideas?
