Contract Cancellation

I have sent a cancellation to Telkom on the 7th of March. It is now the 06th of June, 3 months later and it has still not been cancelled - resulting in my debit order going off every month!


Can someone please help me as the call centre is even experiencing technical difficulty where you can't even get through to an operator to tell them what your problem is.

Having same issues. I even escalated it. Telkom is useless.
