I have been in contact with Telkom support over the past couple of weeks.
The LTE speed in germiston has decline from 12 MbPS to 0.72MbPS with a latency of 520 MS (wow just give me dial up again). the supposed solution to the problem was removing my sim card and re-inserting it. this yielded the same results.
it was the same with the adsl. telkom refuses to do any maintenance in the are and thus the service is declining and they just swipe to the next caller without listning to the problem.
also billing problems using my cap that expires on the 30 th instead of the cap that expres on the 17th and then just stealing 40 GB worth of data.
If this is the way they do business i want to demand out of my contract asap so i can mover to a ,,,, reliable service provider.
