Deezer streaming

I switched over from VodaCON to Telkom about 4 months ago, and I can't be happier.

 

Everything has been working fine as it should, and then about a week ago Deezer started buffering terribly.

 

Is Deezer being throttled? I am aware that Deezer is not part of the LIT package, and I don't expect it to be zero rated, but currently I'm not able to properly stream music.

 

Any advice?
