Eligible for a tariff change (LTE)

I got LTE in May 2017 (100gb for R1099). For a while now when I log on I get a message saying I am eligible for a tariff change but when I follow the steps to see what its all about it gives me a Free Me unlimited Deal with details that seem to apply to a phone contract and not LTE. As far as I am aware I should be able to upgrade in May or March 2019 so I am not sure why I am getting this message now? Would be great if we could migrate to the R749 package with 100gb tho.
