How do you tell Telkom that a tower is faulty? I have two Huawei routers - one for uncapped and one for normal use. The uncapped one has only given me 3G coverage for the last week and I cannot connect to the internet, the other never misses a beat with 4G coverage, without an aerial, and in a room where cellphone signal is very weak. Something stinks!
