Faulty tower

How do you tell Telkom that a tower is faulty? I have two Huawei routers - one for uncapped and one for normal use. The uncapped one has only given me 3G coverage for the last week and I cannot connect to the internet, the other never misses a beat with 4G coverage, without an aerial, and in a room where cellphone signal is very weak. Something stinks!

My uncapped LTE has been on blue light 3G connection ever since the large power outage in Durban last Monday or Tuesday. I also believe a tower is out as my capped sim from both MTN and Telekom work fine in the router. Did a sim swap this morning just in case but no luck. Spending a fortune on buy data for all the family devices Smiley Sad
