Has my LTE been activated yet?

Hi

 

I have contacted Telkom telephonically (was hung up on), I am unable to use the chat function due to a 404 error, the email functionality on the website is simply greyed out.

 

I just want to know WHEN my LTE SIM is going to be activated, or even IF it was activated.

 

I  know the moderators arent in the service team but I need someone to help me please, or to refer my query to the right team
