How to check you Mobile accounts online.

Option 1: Viewing data usage/buying more data on a single number without logging in or creating a My Telkom account

 

  1. Ensure that you are connected to the internet using your dongle/data SIM card
  2. Visit telkom.co.za
  3. Click My Telkom -> Login on the top right navigation
  4. On the Login page, click ‘Login Instantly’
  5. This will log you in immediately without requiring a username and password
  6. For future visits, you can go to http://onnet.telkom.co.za

 

Option 2: Viewing data usage/buying more data for multiple numbers by creating a My Telkom account

 

  1. Ensure that you are connected to the Internet
  2. Visit telkom.co.za.
  3. Click My Telkom -> Register on the top right navigation
  4. On the Register page, complete the Registration form.
    1. The important field here is your ID number. We only show products linked to your ID number.
  5. After registration is complete, click on the link to Login.
  6. Once logged in, click on ‘Link Personal Accounts’ (see below)

  1. Complete the fields required (Mobile number, Id number and Telkom Account (optional))
  2. Click ‘Submit’
  3. If linked successfully, you should see all mobile numbers linked to your ID number appear under ‘My Products’.

 

Option 3: Download and install our smartphone App from your favourite App Store

Keeps giving "Invalid ID/Passport and mobile number combination." error. Please Help.

I have an online account already but I could not link one of my number.
I always have the same error "Invalid ID/Passport and mobile number combination".
Perhaps the agent who rica'd this number miscaptured my ID number, I already tried to get some assistance in Telkom Sandton City Branch but they could not help me, I even was in strugle to do a sim swap with them since they said that my details does not match to the one related to that number in the system.
Also, I could not change my tarrif with any existing tariff since it's on the old prepaid data promotion.
Kindly advise if there is another way to link this number or advise what I should do.

That only means the number you are using was not ricared by you or using your ID so the only way is to get the details of the one who Rica the simcard . hope this will help.
