I recently did a contract upgrade for my LTE uncapped and since then my internet would kick off from 4G to 3G and i would have to restart the router to get it fixed and then about an hour later it does the same.

Here's the quick guide from Telkom if you're willing to reset your router. make sure you tick the 4g/lte option.
or else basically go into your router settings then select SETTINGS >> DIAL-UP >> NETWORK SETTINGS and change the type from auto to 4g/Lte only.
You may experience issues being not connected if your 4g signal is very bad.
