I've been using an integrated data sim in an LTE router for a few months. A few weeks ago I noticed that I was no longer able to connect to my work mail exchange server via Outlook or online web access when connected to the internet via the integrated data sim (exchange.bcx.co.za).
I am however connected to the internet and can browse and connect as normal.
When I change the integrated data sim for another one, I can once again connect to the exchange server.
Initially I logged a call with the BCX helpdesk who in turn referred me to the Telkom helpdesk but after a number of calls and mails, the query has not yet been resolved and it would appear that my query is not fully understood.
Has anyone else encountered this and what can be done to resolve this?
