Integrated Data sim fixed!!!

Okay guys so here’s the deal

 

i upgraded to the unlimited home package and it came with a data sim, after 8 days of calls to telkom I want to share the procedure I went through to anyone who has similar issues

 

1. Enter the store and receive sim (they only rica without linking it)

2. Went into another store and they just gave another sim

2. Call in to the sales department to link the sim to your adsl account

3. For some reason they didn’t put the recurring data and they only put a WiFi bundle, so call into technical support to load the recurring data

4. Wait a few days until the data is loaded

5. Log in to your adsl account customer portal and check mobile usage you should see the data consumption next to your fixed usage

6. Be mad at telkom because tomorrow didn’t start today
