Yesterday I purchased a new sim card and activated a package of 20GB/month, prepaid.
Since yesterday, I am receiving messages stating that" YOUR INTERNET ACCESS HAS BEEN PAUSED BECAUSE YOU ARE USING OUT OF BUNDLE DATA. DIAL *180# TO PURCHASE A NEW BUNDLE OR OPEN YOUR BROWSER FOR MORE OPTIONS.
Whereas, if I check my remaining data amount, it says 10100MB and the expiry date is in March.
Could anyone of you please guide me why my internet access is being paused?
