LIT TV box

I recently acquired a telkom 50gb LTE wireless broadband package with an android tv box. Even when i am using the services said to be zero rated it still depletes my data. Do i have to do something to activate the zero rating facility?

Did you manage to get this sorted? Same issue here and I have received a cuple of messages from others also struggelin. No help from Telkom.

Nope. It was pure deception from them it seems. I ended up just giving up
on it
