LTE DOWN IN PORT ALFRED

I am fed up with telkom lte as is has been out virtually full time since sunday. Who can i call to find out what is happening? What number? None work!

Sorry, but we can’t really help with service enquiries. The forum isn’t manned by Telkom support agents ( we’re customers like you) .  

 

Have seen Telkom LTE network outages reported in other websites this week - apparently many areas affected. 

This means long queues likely for 10210 support, but you could request feedback online here  :-

My lte has been out in port alfred since sunday. Has anyone else got the same problem??

It would help if you could just talk to a consultant instead of them hiding their incompetence behind recorded messages or for them to reply to e mails.

Yes we’ve all experienced the awful frustration of busy call centres. 

 

if you’ve already tried rebooting your router but still no network signal, you could try Telkom troubleshooter and/or  report a fault online here : -

https://apps.telkom.co.za/assurance/public/logafault

 

Many of us received efficient feedback , & successful resolution by messaging full details to a Telkom media channel & emailing support@telkom.co.za
