Have seen Telkom LTE network outages reported in other websites this week - apparently many areas affected.
This means long queues likely for 10210 support, but you could request feedback online here :-
or message their media support teams :-

Yes we’ve all experienced the awful frustration of busy call centres.
if you’ve already tried rebooting your router but still no network signal, you could try Telkom troubleshooter and/or report a fault online here : -
Many of us received efficient feedback , & successful resolution by messaging full details to a Telkom media channel & emailing email@example.com
