My newly aquired LTE Uncapped contract came a with a faulty Router.
The router constantly prevents surfing the internet. The router is used by my wife for bussiness purposes.
I have done the following:
1. walk in store - at least 4 times and different stores
2. sent email
3. this chat forum
I want the following:
1. The router replaced or
2. The service be terminated and replaced with a fixed line fiber/ADSL that hopefully works OR
3. Terminate the service so that i can get an internet service from elsewhere that works.
