LTE Restrictions / Not Working

From aounr two weeks ago, certain apps or sites wont connect or struggle to connect.

The App Store cannot be connected to via LTE but works perfectly on normal 3G or other internet connection services.

This is from the Durban / Musgrave area.

Any Idea what is going on?

Yes, it is an ongoing issue with Telkom LTE.  The Telkom Cache server with IP range 196.43.9 0 - 255 is either corrupt or blocking all outgoing traffic. You can run a traceroute from your PC to confirm this.
