PLEASE HELP - I have a green "mode" light for 4 days already. Does that mean I am connected to tower, have signal, but not connected to the internet? I have reset the router, went on to http://homerouter.cpe and sim+wi-fi+signal is blue, but internet is not blue. I have contacted Telkom mobile and they say cant help me until 72hrs expire with my casenumber 22033574. How can one run a business from home when TELKOM leaves me hanging for all this time??? Does anyone have a solution?
