LTE SIM Activation

Hi Telkom Community members please help. I was told that I could not continue with my fixed line router because Telkpm was terminating fixed lined services in our area and that I needed to get a LTE wireless router. I subsequently went through the processs an got the device delivered and the SIM card came the next day (29/08/2019) I have made numerous calls and visited the local Telkm shop to get this device activated. I have been without service since the 29/08/2019 and as a I write this I am still waiting for some back office to activate my SIM.

My latets in a string of ref numbers for my call this morning is 377423525

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE
