@Tebogo had a similar problem when LTE was first introduced. No one could solve it - until eventually I decided to walk (not literally) to the then 8ta headoffice in Centurion.
It turned out the the APN was not set correctly. Check these in your rotuer web configuration utility. For my old LTE router I use:
APN - internet2
Dialed number - *99#
User name - leave blank
password - leave blank
Authentication - Auto

I recieved my LTE router and sim on the 2nd January 2018, we arre sitting on the 7th January and the sim is still not activated. I have logged a call with the case number 26365819 on Friday the 4th January. this is totally unacceptable. can somebody help!!!
