I use my LTE Smartbroadband Uncapped package for wireless internet at home. On Sunday the service went down. Since then I have spent hours on the phone to the call center, a few more hours chatting to an agent via the "Chat to an Agent" service on the Telkom website and 2 visits to 2 different Telkom stores. I am not getting assistance and my service is still down.

I have still not had any feedback from Telkom on my LTE service that is down. When I try to log a Fault on the Telkom site I get a message "URL Not Found".
Any suggestions on how I can get assistance from Telkom!!
