For days I've been struggling with ridiculous slow LTE speed and I'm suppose to get up to 10Mbps for the past week I'm only getting 0,98mbps what is happening. I'm getting fedup cause I'm paying lot of money for a crap service. I need to work from Home and also need to study and write an EXAM hells bells what the hell is going on.
Tried to log a fault on the mobile app that's waste not even talking about calling your call centre. Will you kindly keep me posted so I can explain to my employer cause it looks like I'm incompentent and unable to complete my work.
