I have now struggled for 45min on the 10213 number to get hold of someone that can assist me with LTE Uncapped. I had the follwoing Ticket number "LTE Uncapped Ticket 011116-105522". What does it take to get someone to help?
Now I recieved an email that my bid was unseccesful and if I register again the online site just says I have already registered.
I think this reflects very badly on Telkom form a customer service perspectif.
I am a existing customer now think wtf maybe I should not do bussines with you.
