LTE Uncapped Wireless broadband limited offer

I applied for the uncapped LTE package about two weeks ago and was told it was successful and received a ticket number. I then received a call two days later with regards to the offer however I was in a meeting and so could not talk to the agent. I therefore asked to be called back the next day however I am still yet to here back from anyone.
