LTE data being depleted rapidly during lockdown

Our data is being drained daily to the point where we ran out last month and allegedly consumed 33Gigs during the first 6 days of April.

Suddenly today it has slowed down to a normal consumption pace.

 

We have compared it to using our mobile data, and we don't consume anywhere near what Telkom is suggesting we're consuming over wifi.

 

Getting hold of anyone for answers is impossible.

 

How do we take this up with someone???
