What a useless company! Can't get through on the mobile app. Can't get through online to chat to an agent. Always get an "Oops! this is embarrassing" message on the app. And all I want to do is monitor my data usage.

Have you tried "My Telkom" from a browser, top right on this or any Telkom page, for own balances you vcan normally log on directly
Or dial the ussd code *101# and you will receive sms balance, more difficault from a modem but most support it
