LTE install nightmare

 I applied on 17 December 2015 for LTE. It is now July 2016, I still have no LTE.

I hace gone into Telkom Shop, made numerous calls and also applied on various Telkom sites for help.  But none has come.


Can someone please assist from Telkom.
