LTE not LTE'ing

Just got an LTE line but its max speed is 20mbps which in itself seems to be too low for an LTE line thats costing me R800 and to top that i have download speeds of no more than 110kbps which is pathetic seeing as how with my 4 meg ADSL line it went up to 300kbps so what's so wonderful about this LTE crap if takes me half an hour to download a video thats 90MB. Anyone have advice on what to do?

@Syndz27, are you getting good signal? Is this on the Uncapped LTE? First port of call is to report it to 081180.

If this is for SmartBroadband Uncapped Wireless, I saw the mods post this process to look into your service's performance -

@LordLethal thank you, it's uncapped LTE and I've called them but I'm yet to see the technician arrive.
