LTE order

I received an order number of #210116-211236 in January confirming my LTE order and have not heard from anyone about it, despite the message syaing that someone will contact me shortly. I have been to the Telkom Store and they say only online can deal with online applications and they cannot help me.  I phone the help line and they say they will get back to me. No-one has replied, answered, confirmed or contacted me!  Please can you assist.

Hi @GD, we cant assist directly as this is not a service channel, but I have directed this to an online saled team to investigate.
