I applied on Wednesday, got an approved email, received a phone call from Telkom and the lady asked me to hold the line.
I hold the line till the phone cut off. No reply since then.
I tried to phone 10213 today, but seems like there must be a problem with the line.
081 180 call centre put me through to sales and once again I hold on for about 10minutes and still no answer.
How can I solve this issue, or do I need to find another supplier?
