LTE uncapped

In December 2018 I took LTE uncapped for R899.00 a month as it was highly recommended by Telekom consultants as best one since I don't have fiber coverage in my area. I am extremely disappointed and discouraged on the product as we have tried different devices for us to do online streaming but it keeps on baffling, the network is completely terrible. What do I do as I am very unhappy about the product?

you should report this to the support or technical service so that they can justify the problem of your connection and correct it.
