Anyone know how I can escalate a query?
Been to the Telkom shop in Claremont, Cape Town to upgrade my LTE package. The shop tells me upgrade has been approved yet when I log onto telkommobile.co.za the old package still reflects. When I call customer care they say the order is still pending.

Hi @Julienne, we are not a service channel here at the Community, rather for peer 2 peer support. Sounds like a order is stuck on their system. I have escalated it, but please also try these channels to report it -
